Need ACT Fibernet in my area

Hi,

I'm shantanu and i stay in ISRO layout Bangalore, and my current ISP is pathetic. I'm paying 1300 for 1.5 mbps speed. That's literally being ripped off. And there is no other ISP in the area that can provide the plans that ACT has. G broadband does come to this area but they're just not coming to my house after calling them a dozen times. And please don't suggest BSNL which is worse than what I'm currently using. So, how do I get ACT to come to my area?

arrange 10-15 customers, ANY ISP will come running to your locality.
Bangalore is a Good City with wider choice of ISP's so if you give then multiple customers they would certainly fulfill

that's just my suggestion, try it, I've seen this works out in many cases.
