Yes i think Reliance Wimax service is only avilable in Mumbai.
And reliance replied this on my query about their upload speed "kindly note that as per plan Zoom 2 you will be receiving the upload speed upto 250 kbps ".
Well, alliance is good but they are not available in my area, i better contact my cable operator and see what they are providing.
