Need Fast speed mobile internet access

Currently i live in chennai.....i have n95 8gb mobile compatible for high speed internet access.....i also use laptop......i got a job offer in mussorie(uttarakhand) but will stay there for few months and again will be shifting to hyderabad/mumbai/bhopal/Chennai....

I need internet access for my mobile as well as laptop while i travel in train,where i stay etc...... most important requirements -- speed should be high, coverage should be large.....i m not a big downloader but will use it surfing internet, Video calling,watch tv,hearing news etc

budget- i can pay rs 500 to 1000 per month including for the voice calls i make(is this necessary) for mobile and another Rs 500 to rs 1000 month for my laptop internet access

Can u please suggest a suitable service provider and plan with tariffs based on the above requiremnts(for both mobile and laptop)because i m really confused and need this urgently?

i saw the comparison of netconnect(CDMA 1X) and netconnect+ of reliance.....

even though the speed of CDMA 1X is lesser than netconnect+, CDMA 1X has 26000 towers and national in no.on cities but netconnect+ has only 5100 tower and 500 cities

will this make a big difference.....because i will use this plug and play internet only when i m travelling in train....during this time i will not download heavily but will use only to surf internet......in tht case what should i go? will CDMA 1X offer me decent speed?
