CDMA 949 is monthly basis, but it won't be as fast as 3G. You'll get around 1-1.5 mbps.

Regarding 3G zero plan, confirm with reliance store people.

i was worried for 12 months long term for zero plan but they told me straight "0 plan is not available in delhi(gsm)

Although its just 200m away from my home but im curious how they will going to give me connection?CPEs(like tikona) always slower than FTTH.Their is no reliance jio pole yet just ground wiring in my area.
Can somebody tell me how other ISPs(optical fiber service provider) gives connection?Because of course they can not bring optical cable to every single home,perhaps they connect copper wires from home to laid fiber cables,is it?

FTTH brings fiber to each house.
Fttb brings fiber to your building and then copper from there.

i think those rjil cable is to support 4g towers, for last mile they'll prefer franchise with cable operators, that's why they took mso licence. to provide triple services via cable

I hope they don't do that. Last mile is going to go down the drain if your LCO sucks.

I think service and support would be centralised and somewhat more in hand of rjil than Lso.
