Need Firmware file for Router RH821GWV (rebranded RicherLink rl821gwv)

Hello, does anyone have the latest firmware file (or any clue where I can get it) for the router RH821GWV. It is a router provided to me by the LCO for my BSNL FTTH connection. The branding on the router says RLTECH. It is a rebranded RicherLink router (rl821gwv). I have checked their website, but there is no section for firmware files there.

Any help will be appreciated.

@sloj yes I have tried contacting them but to no avail, as of now at least. The phone number listed on their website doesn't work, & have got no response for the email that I sent.
 
I got a response saying that they can not provide it to the end user, that I should contact my LCO.

The software version is V2.0.5-27878

UPDATE: the LCO is saying to contact the vendor 👦

Just got rejected with a message saying "sir, this is my final wording with you. we can not provide such end user, pls contact to your operator for the same."

Didn't knew getting firmware was such a hassle xD.
 
I was expecting a version number where they mention the date too.

Some provider have the firmware available on their website. But it's also a risk since there are different hardware versions too and an end user might brick the device by flashing a firmware not meant for the hardware version. BSNL has a firmware site but it hasn't been updated from the looks of it. So you are out of luck here.
