need help please

Hello .
I need to establish new connection but I don't know any except tata indicom .
I need the new connection since tata one doesn't working since about 2 months and their customer care are very very bad although I went to their office in kormangala
And finally when they sent someone who came and took money for nothing I also have no net and surprisingly when I told that I'll complain about him he says do whatever and I complained and also nothing ....
So please tell me which internet provider I can get with amount of 1500 a month in gubbulala , Bangalore
And as for airtel can I get their broadband and which plan
Please anyone knows let help because I have college and really need it

I asked for reliance but they said it is not supported in gubbulala
And called airwire or something they came but it didn't work
but for airtel ,Bsnl,Act
I don't have their number and more important I don't know whether their service work in gubbulala
So if it possible can you give me their customer care numbers and which one is better

If you have a BSNL landline, BSNL broadband should be feasible.
