Need Help with new Jio Stb remote

Oh okay fine then. Yeah this is new jio remote with tv control features. I think jio haven't enable this universal remote feature from stb settings and I can't see any other options to enable apart from just have option to enable hdmi cec. Which only switch off stb when we turn tv off from tv remote.

I believe this new remote has bluetooth for STB and infrared for TV operation just like Firestick remote. So you don’t need CEC and stuff

Yes it has Bluetooth as well as IR.
But how to setup IR with TV for use?

No it doesn't work out of the box.
How will it work the Brand and Model of TV varies from customer to customer.
So without configuring it will not work.
Take an example of Tata Sky or Airtel Digital TV remote

Bro tv control feature in jio remote is not available yet. It's button is given only for future use just like jio is giving port for cable tv but it's service is not started yet.

The HDMI -CEC suddenly stopped working for me on my JIO stb with my LG oled too. It was working till last week, but after some update on the STB it only sync the power off rest remote functions not working. Is it working for others here?
