Dude if it is reliance metro ethernet than download speed=upload speed even upload is more than download speed.Because of fiber network

I'll need to find out if they provide metro ethernet in my area or even in Kolkata. Thanks for the info.
Glad to know about the python scrip, I think I can put it on my router itself if I plan to go that way.

well, if u have a router with a USB port then you can plug in any dongle and get high upload speed.
