need some help

i am a heavy user of torrents. i am currently using mtnl 949ul plan and gettin constant download speeds of 25 kBps.i want to take a sify connection.i want to know the download speeds of sify 256 kbps unlimited plans.do i stick to mtnl or take a new sify connection?

hah. stay away from sify. i guess that's one thing most of us agree upon.

Sify will give u 32 KBps with D/l Managers but their downtime wud be high coz of cable operators.......I was pretty satisfied with Sify if CTO wasnt there.I wud recommend dont go for Sify for extra 5-6 KBps.....coz u wont be able to download half of the time
