Already done, and got a reply that I had downloaded 54 GB of data in 8 days which is good enough as per them. They don't want to try to understand that 54 GB data can be consumed even with a 10 Mbps connection in 8 days. Went to the exchange today and found out why my connection was cancelled.
My connection requires 300-400 meter fibre they are allowed 100 meter per connection.
I told them I am ready to buy 200 meter fibre myself, to this the person said who's going to maintain such long wire. In short they refused because they did not want the headache of maintenance of suck long wire incase of fibre cuts.
Where can I complaint about this to, Tweet and online grievances do nothing, they tweet back location is not feasible.
