Hi,My net is down since 4days. I complained and the engineer came yesterday. He identified some outside line fault but he went back yesterday without solving my problem. Now today when i try to contact the engineer, he is not picking the phone. I called CC, they registered a complaint to some senior. Now my question is what CAN i demand from them? I will be having 5days without net as of tomoro. Is there something i can demand like a wave-off charge or something?
