Netgear ADSL2+Ethernet Modem configuration with Airtel

I have updated the firmware of beetel 220 BXI . In the mid way of upgradation it went down ah :wall:. After that i tried http://198.168.1.1 its not opening up.

I bought a new Netgear ADSL+ETHERNET MODEM DMP111P. I'm don't know how to configure it. I called customer support but they didn't answer me ah.

I went to 198.168.0.1 it goes to modem configuration page i tried to filling out the username and password. not connecting.

Any one using netgear modem please help me to configure it.:)
 
Set the VPI/VCI to 1/32. That should enable it to connect.
 
Why would you try to upgrade 220BXI
its already upto date.
never mind now,
try to reset the modem using reset button
also you may try to connect the modem using the USB cable after reseting.
still doesn't work
do a telnet to the beetel modem
telnet 192.168.1.1
restoredefault

or ?
to list commands.
still need help come back.:)
