I have recently purchased Airtel Xtreme connection(wired) but all the jio apps stopped working on mobile devices.
I can run jio apps on website on browser on pc and even in the chrome app in phone but the jio apps on phone are not working on airtel xtreme wifi connection.
When i switch to jio or bsnl wifi it works also it works on all kinds on sim internet even airtel sim works on jio apps but not airtel xtreme wifi.

When i connect my Laptop to Airtel Xtreme router via LAN cable and turn on the laptop hotspot and connect my smartphone to that laptop hotspot the apps starts working just fine.
Please help me diagnose the problem as the airtel assistant that arrives at my location does not know anything about networking and is always clueless always asking me to restart the route.
