have used airtel connection for over decade.
Early this year i moved location where airtel not available, so disconnected my previous connection.
Now I returned and wanted to get airtel broadband again.
Cant apply for new connection, says im already a customer.. but when i login with my previous credential it logs me in but says i don't have any active service. apply for a new connection.
Now im struck in their idiotic loop.
since last couple of days it giving me nightmare.... no way to talk to customer care. Went to their shop, they are also unable to help, so th eonly way for me is to get a new mobile number and apply with new ID.
somehow i managed to call new connection department, their clueless Customer care dont know anything except asking to to instal their app.. .
Later asked me to send mail to 121@airtel.com, sent mail but no reply -- these guys are also sleeping.
so airtel got so much business that they not want anymore customers ??
