MTNL has launched new 4Mbps plan from 01-OCT-2015
Plan Name Monthly Charges Download Speed Upload Speed
Xpress 4Mbps 800 Rs. 800 4 Mbps up to 15 GB and 1 Mbps afterwards 1 Mbps
Xpress 4Mbps 1000 Rs. 1000 4 Mbps up to 25 GB and 1 Mbps afterwards 1 Mbps

The plan is really good , want to upgrade to this plan but doubt whether i even get even 1 mbps of speed

Why don't they give a plan like (Speed as much as your ADSL line supports)

Then we can make real use of high speed data top-ups.

Right now there is no incentive to top-up just to get 8 Mbps.

It does n;t makes sense to upgrade speed when u know babu is throttling connection wats point to get even 100 mbps connection if your video and download speed is limited to 10Kb in day time
Babu launch a plan call NO THROTTLING connection where even 1 mbps is capable to stream video content without buffer OR loose your business to Jio from December

DSL_8Mbps_1199 with 40GB FPU is available so why bother with 4 mb plan.
