They are living atleast a decade back, with the infrastructure they have, they could have become a monopoly by providing right kind of plans!

i think bsnl should atleast give 1mbps ul for 500 bucks!
they are making losses thats why the tariffs are worst
but bsnl is with more than 30% of people
atleast they dont cheat on billing
