790 ULD is looking good as it offers greater FUP than the current 800 ULD offers. I would change to that plan if it where to available in my place.

I changed my plan today from 650 to 640(bangalore only). Since both are unlimited, how are they gonna charge me? pro rata basis?

I think they will change your plan on next billing cycle. This is what MTNL does. If they changed the plan in between the month then obviously it will be pro rata basis only

Plans are better than existing plans but how much ? Just 2 more peanuts offered.
Plans launched in hyderabad are outstanding, i am waiting for such plans rather than these peanuts plans.

The 890 plan is good for me compared to my 1050 plan as do not make many onnet calls. I get same data limit faster speed and 512 kbps post 15Gb

Thanks. Udaan website has links to apply new connection, complaints on leads and follow up on complaints. I could not locate a link to apply for plan change.

Are you referring to CDR Selfcare or the portal? Link: http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in --- this does have a page to request plan change. But not sure if any one actions any request / complaints from this website because i have an outstanding issue for a very long time here.
