new connection help please

hi friends....i have got a new bsnl connection on 1/8/2010the prob is i have applied for a 750 unlimited plan...and im getting a speed of 2 mbps....ive tried calling the customer care....but they did'nt answered me.....ive tried checking my usage details in the site...but it says invalid id....what shud i do......?
 
Go to data.bsnl.in, log in using your Portal Id and password. Check the " order status ". I think in your case there should be a self care site.
 
Did you tried this site ? CRM

You need to register here. ID in your phone bill.
 
ive tried that selfcare site... sorry but its not working for me......any other way

ive heard that bsnl is offering high speeds on a brand new connection for 15 days.......could u plz confirm this...!
 
Ya. It was there. But around 3 months back. Not sure if they are giving it now also. Only way left, call customer care and ask them to check your plan.
 
ive called the customer care....too...but he says that im in 750 plan only

i guess there is no other way but to wait for my first bill
 
Unfortunately yes. I think the 15 day usage is still there. Somebody had a similar query last month. Let us hope for the best.
