New format for pppoe username

Can anyone else also confirm if airtel has changed pppoe username from _dsl to _wifi. I want to dial pppoe in my bridged router and it's not connecting. Router web gui is unfortunately not unlocking.

depends on what you have got check your bill or your app, please.
I have both dsl and wifi, and from last 1 year I guess all new connections contains only _wifi, those having dsl in end continue to use that.

This problem in sign in is occuring after my account was converted to postpaid. So maybe my dsl id may be have changed. As always their so called engineers have no clue.

DSL id doesnt change after conversion from prepaid to postpaid, but account number does. Remember your old account number is your PPPoE password and dsl id is your username.
