New FTTH Connection

Dear All,
I am planning to go with Bsnl FTTH Broadband, currently have a Wireless Router with Wan port.

Bsnl has two type of modems in my city, one with non-wifi and one with Wifi, I am planning to opt the non - WiFi modem.

Can anyone confirm if it is possible to connect the ont modem Lan out on my Wireless Router's Wan port and use the Wireless Router to connect multiple device via router's WiFi

Any help is highly appreciated.

After we apply online for Bharat Fiber what happens next ?
How many days it take for installation ( I am in serviceable location ), will I get any updates about my order ?

I went to BSNL office to apply, mine was installed very next day and got activated at the same time.

Apply offline it will work faster. Meet your LCO and take his number. You will get your connection quicker by applying offline.

Yes, I have the LCO number..
But he seems lazy, everytime I call him up he says installation will be done tomorrow(he is facing router shortage)
