Guys any idea as when BSNL would be releasing new plans like 2Mbps U/L or atleast improving speeds of 500 C and C+ plans to 4Mbps night U/L??

Yes, I too agree with iChaitanya. BSNL has done enough changes to their Plans this year. We may have to wait long... even if other providers (e.g. AirTel) brings new plans, the Desi Company will take more time to rollout the revised plans.

thanks. with this current revision, from Home Plan 500C (BBG FN Combo 500), i plan to change Home Plan BB 500 C+ Combo (BBG FN Combo 600) - i would get the fwg benefits:by paying Rs 100 more,
1.5 GB to 2.5 GB
excess usage charges (revised) 60 paise to 50 paise per MB
Night Unlimited - now for 500C+ also
additional telephone calls of 75 (175+75=250).
advise me my understanding is correct.
thanks
[hope my request for change of plan would be made immediate effective, instead of the next calendar month]:notallowed:hi
The Plain has changed please see in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. w.e.f 14.052010 Direct Click it to seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Shack the telecom ghotala minister, A. Raja of DMK, and then expect BSNL to offer more for AAM ADMI, rather than for him :D

Total Nonsense, the AAM AADMI paid for it through taxes for BSNL to build its infrastructure, BSNL isnt doing social service to provide what it was setup for. And you seem to forget how pathetic the telecom situation was in India when BSNL was solely in charge, without the private sector, you would still be bribing govt bureaucrats for a landline.

aawww. BSNL is awful. They would not rent their network to private operators who might actually use it for some good. They would not let privatization happen which would fix a lot of problems with it. they would just rot and become a liability on the indian government (and that means US).
