It is not like that, I was posted in MTNL for 3 years (my company used to work for them) .. It's not the way you think actually it is careless attitude of workers there... which is like that for ages

They want to work, but not at the pace we want ...

and they strongly believe that if they stop making silly mistake they will loose their name and fame...

I am sure many of us don't even know that MTNL have its operation in Mauritius also with the name Mahanager Telephone (Mauritius) ltd...

And all the staff who is hardworking and works sincerely are transferred there so we are left with these people who make all such silly mistakes

One full crappy broadband plans.Just for money making nothing else. Mtnl is big time loser.

Not sure what you mean. MTNL has better plans than any other mainstream ISP in India. Most people would love to have an ISP with the plans of MTNL but with superior service.
All companies are started for making money but even so, MTNL seems least like a business aimed at money making. Your next sentence itself says MTNL is a loser.
MTNL has several bad points but not the ones you are saying.

New plans will make sense to only those people who are new to broadband, they are aimed at increasing broadband density* in India.

Well These seems BS plans but good if you have limited usage like email and Occasional browsing, and if you have kids...

But On top of this they have waived off - One time non refundable Modem charges for 30 days starting tomorrow as holi promotional offer...

Waiver of Modem charges is certainly good plan

True if the person has limited use for the net connection. BTW What makes you think that kids have limited use? :hysterical: You must be a bachelor lol
