Depends on what you mean by "loser" . Loser of market share, loser in sales, loser in deciding its approach to the market, loser in the sense coming up with lousy products/prices/OS etc.
Purely by % wise, Nokia has dropped the most. Blackberry & HTC always had a specific target segment & they have lost heavily as well. But, Nokia had a better and decent marketshare outside US, but Samsung & even some Chinese/Indian companies are giving Nokia a run for their money now.
As a smartphone HTC is good or may be best but market reports says it is loosing its customers with time may be due to their bad marketing policies.... Specially in country like USA,,, HTC is just a joke......may be HTC ONE help out there.....
HTC One is a winner, can't say about company as a whole. Most reviews have given it the best smartphone ever tag.
supply issues plus poor marketing and advertising haven't helped it much. It's going to lose out to s4 and also xperia z.
N wht hopes for blackberry will it be able to attract the customers of iPhone and high end Android devices like Samsung etc in future with their new OS????
Blackberry always had a specific market. And from what I see, they are doing a decent comeback (depends on which blogs/sites you trust). At the moment they have openly declared they are looking at being the No.3 and consolidate that position for short term & I guess the Windows platform is the major competitor for that. In terms of manufacturing too, they have a decent presence. But because they are overpriced, atleast the Z10 & Q10, I dont see them making sweeping comeback, atleast for a while. Maybe once the new OS finds some acceptance, and the prices fall a bit and/or they come up with budget segment which also finds some success, they may be able to claim a comeback. Till then, its the case of the patient in coma and the relatives sitting around praying for a revival.
