Try selling Lumia, I am not sure how good it will go. If you consider market dominance and hype Nokia and Blackberry are the biggest loosers.

To be fair, only Samsung and Apple devices sort of have a good resale value. Largely because these companies do not drop the prices of their phones comprehensively. Price drops usually only happen after the phone has been in the market for around 10-11 months.

Look if i purchase a phone at low price n i just want to sell it out for purchasing a same kind of new phone with new upgrads where i have number of options for price, brand, confuguration....it will be less painfull.... In blackberry story is completly different especially with bb6 n 7 devices where a loyal customer(according to u) of blackberry is want to sell his phone of 25k at 6k(juss consider) to buy an android device not to buy z10 because if he is able to buy a phone of 40k or plus then he will never go for blackberry(as he already has bad image of bb6 or bb7) so ofcourse blackberry is loser from almost every aspects.....

A loyal customer is not someone who bought BB once & wants to randomly buy something else. Thats the regular customer.

yup. blackberry users have been sticking with blackberry because of the support for bbm and blackberry email services. other platforms have competing services but if your office network is still using a blackberry enterprise platform and your friends are on bbm, you would go for blackberry devices.

My cousin bought Blackberry a year back just because it is Blackberry for 27 K. He uses it as a feature phone.

IOS and android are not as old as blackberry.... Yup blackberry still has little positive points too......but these features were not reponsible for the success of blackberry it was just because they have no other option.... And the winner is not only one who makes new customers but holds its customers with time n competition..... Blackerry failed in both making new customers as well as in keeping their customers own......

@ meetdilip,,, blackberry is really thankfull to all the guys like your cousin because if blackberry lost them too then it will a permanent shutdown for blackberry.....feature phone not smartphone.....lol....

People think something is big about Blackberry, just like they think about iPhone these days. Too much hype.

With iPhone your lines are okey...... But in todays era u cant use same line for blackberry....only those people can say this who are not technologically upgraded........same with Nokia.....even nokia is doing slightly better then blackberry as they have number of lumia phone with different price options...
