Well in that case, the challenge is still in front of current table toppers to stay that way for more than a decade, lets see if that happens :D

Have u ever owned single blackberry device vikram ? Email and bbm are the success behind thr blackberry. p.s. I am mot biased towards any brands i use iPhone gnexus, htc evo3d,bb9780.

I agree with Cisco.BBM and mail were the reasons BB got into the game.Later Nokia also started giving mail facilities in their qwerty phones. The problem where BB took a blow ,were the BB service charges by operators. As whatsapp came in the picture BBM lost its charm even thought BBM is much safer since you do not need to exchange your phone numbers to add someone.

yes lot of people give their pins in khairat..publicly on blogs and forums..this way you are inviting danger

@ Cisco_tech,,,,, My first smartphone was blackberry bold 9780 and I was quite happy with this phone as I brought it about two years back @ 26000 then as time passed I got my first Android phone HTC chacha.....after 8 months of my blackberry...and then I found it has a crappy camera with good LED flash....very basic display and boring BlackBerry Maps.....no artificial intelligence applications.....nothing like gaming.... compelled to recharge special blackberry plans... bbm was good but u can't communicate over cross OS.... like what's app can... and there are many other apps on Google play like XMS which gives u same freedom to not share your number to add someone like blackberry..... n many other reasons...Finally after a long long wait BB10 arrived which declared too late by many experts n yeah its not getting so hype as blackberry was excepting...In this topic we are not criticising Nokia.. BLACKBERRY or HTC ...but just trying to discuss reasons behind there failure.. and most important the possiblity of overcoming in future.... possibilities and hopes are open for every one ..... But for now all these three barnds are loosing their market share badly...... HTC doing good with there new flagship ONE.... Blackberry is also ready for a budget smartphone R10(not sure)..but its very important for blackberry to launch 2 or more mid rang smartphone if they want alive in market.. n they will for sure...Nokia also expending their lumia series.....

htc made a smart move by making andy as well as window phones.infact i knew a lot of htc user who had windows OS before andy broke in..
HTC has its own cult. The only product they did advert campaigning was for HTC explorer which was around 10K and their cheapest model.lately i see a lot of htc one and OnePlus and i see they are not campaigning hard for it.So IMO its always win-win for HTC unlike BB or Nokia who are acting desperate.

Yes u can say htc is more relaxed than BB n Nokia..... But truth is samsung pulled lots of htc user towards it... N htc market share gonig down all the time......even LG has done well in recent few months ........

Nokia investors told Chief Executive Stephen Elop on Tuesday that they were running out of patience with his flagging attempts to catch up with market leaders Apple and Samsung in smartphones. Many shareholders at the annual general meeting in Helsinki said Elop should reconsider his 2011 decision to switch to the phone operating software made by his former employer Microsoft, which has left the company scrambling to get back in the race from a standing start with its new Lumia range of smartphones.
"You're a nice guy ... and the leadership team is doing its best, but clearly, it's not enough," one shareholder, Hannu Virtanen, told Elop. "Are you aware that results are what matter? The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Please switch to another road," he said.
