Hi Brother, few days back I upgraded my plan to 1Gbps and today they replaced the old router with this one which you have shared above but after sometime I noticed that I am not able to connect my Router UPS which is Cuzor mini 12v2A as the cables provided are not going inside, can you let me know the size of plug which goes inside of this router so that I can accordingly order one. Thanks in advance.

@rawback, you need to contact cuzor suport team via whatsapp and tell them that the current set of cables is not working with the Airtel provided router. They will send you new set of cables that will work with this router.

Thanks, @Mota Bhai, for the suggestion. I’ll definitely give that a try. But by any chance, do you know the exact size of the plug? It would really help if I could inform the Cuzor team directly so they can guide me with the right cable.

@rawback I had bought Cuzor mini router ups a few months back and I had Airtel's AOT5221ZY ONT with me which was not working with the Cuzor provided cables. So, I contacted the Cuzor team over whatsapp and told them that your cables are not compatible with Airtel AOT5221ZY router, and they sent me a few extra cables for free, and using these new cables I was able to connect mini ups with the Airtel ONT.

@tr1k0N4 , I had no issues with Airtel XStream Fiber network,IT WAS EXCELLENT!!!

But regarding their DTH,they committed by providing 18OTT packages as per Plan(Monthly Rs.1599.00 + GST; and 300MBps) ,I got only 7 . Moreover out of so called 350+ channels,many News Channels were asking for monthly subscription before I could proceed.

What type of scam is this????????


I again reiterate that the Airtel XStream Fiber network gives the promised speeds as per they have committed. Amazing Network experience by Airtel.

@tabubabu Airtel provided you Airtel Xstream Play app, from this single app you can stream content of multiple OTTs. And regarding that 350 DTH channels, you should have asked the Airtel sales guy to provide you list of channels included. This is definitely not a scam.
