Brazilian model of Lumia 630 has integrated Digital TV receiver :O

The officially modified device keeps the same characteristics of the Lumia 630 that Stephen Elop announced during Build 2014; ClearBlack 4.5-inch LCD display, quad-core Snapdragon processor and attractive price.
Integrating the digital TV tuner was achieved by working with the INdT (Nokia Institute of Technology). Besides being a supercharged feature for the device, DTV is a requirement of the local government that encourages manufacturers to develop devices such as TV, computers and smartphones with a digital signal receiver.

Since India doesn't have Digital Terrestrial TV transmission, no use of this feature in India. Besides it also depends which technology would be used by particular country (DVB-T, ISDB-T) to provide TV receiver hardware in mobile.
Last Nokia handset which I knew had TV receiver was Nokia N96, which failed to impress market.
