Listing on that vietnamese site mentions Google Play store where as eveleaks mentions Nokia store. I would go with eveleaks. Also there are rumors that It may be an symbian powered phone as alternative to ASHA series ..so I would take all these rumors with pinch of salt. But eveleaks has pretty good record about rumors.

The leaked screenshots has all MS services like Bing, Skype, Nokia Maps. So its for sure Google services won't be present. Also why that OS could be Android because, it has app "BBM" in screenshot. And we all know that BBM is present in BBOS, iOS and Android :)

Check BBM app icon along with FB, Vine in 1st column.
Beside screenshot suggests that Indian (girls) are testing this device :)

Nokia X (Normandy) joining Asha lineup in March.
It will be a BIG joke it it turns out to be a series 40 phone with a Lumia look alike UI.
Many techie sites suggest that Nokia X/Normandy would be low end device powered by new OS, unlike S40 used for current ASHA series. And that OS could be forked Android, on which MS and Nokia services would be loaded.

It’s not likely that Microsoft can get easily get its software and services running on S40 devices but it makes no sense to abandon the brand. Instead, switching it over to Android gives the company a way to push Asha as a modern-looking, low-cost line as an entry point for Microsoft software. And when those Asha users are ready for something more robust, they can step up to Windows Phone in the future.
Why not use Windows Phone for the Asha line to begin with? It’s a valid question. But as Microsoft appears heading towards a merger of sorts between Windows Phone and Windows RT, it looks like the smartphone platform is going to need more horsepower under the hood, not less. Asha running Windows services atop a lightweight version of Android makes more sense at the entry level.
Of course these article are imagination of authors at that sites, we will only come to know about it after it becomes official.
