not able to access my ip from any network

hello all,

i have a bsnl broadband connection home 500c.
It generates a dynamic ip.
when i ping from some other computer (also connected through internet) my ip then it generates time out error.

it means i am not able to access my ip from outside.

Actually i wants to start my own web server for it
i already installed apache web server and accquired a domain name form no-ip
i also installed no-ip client for dynamic ip.
All things are running very fine to my computer but i am not able to access this web site form anoter computer.



i have seen one more post in broadbandforum.co but it is not helpfull.

i dont want to use opera tools and here is no sicurity issue.

Mention modem/model/make.
are you using virtual server settings or DDNS
Check your IP and type in address bar.
Do you get modem/router page for log in ?

hello essbebe thanks for reply i have adsl modem of ZTE which is provided by bsnl.currently i am not in home so note able to define proper model number. i dont no about virtual server setting but yes when i put my ip in browser it gives login page of my modem. i provide a domain name to my dynamic ip. and when i use this domain name on my pc it gives me the apache default(It Works!) page and from another computer it not works. ping command itself is not able to find my ip. please help.
