Not able to check usage

Hi Friends, I am an existing BSNL customers with Home 500(NU) Plan and I am not able to check the usage from last few days.I usually check my usage through shaplus or Datafox.When I log into data.bsnl.in(portal) for my details then it forwards me to selfcare portal and my city(Nasik) is not listed that links that directs me to selfcare portal. When I try to register there then, it says you have Invalid Customer ID. What should I do ? Is anyone other facing the same problem ?
 
If you have a recent BSNL telephone bill the Customer ID is mentioned on the top right hand side. Try that.
