not able to ping devices connected via ethernet on jio fiber with devices connected via wifi

Hi,
I have a raspberry pi connected to jio fiber via ethernet cable. But I am not able to ping it via a laptop which is on the same network but connected by wifi.
Please help how can I make my raspberry pi discoverable in the local network.

Install fing on Android then scan for devices on lan, do the scans 3 4 times you will surely get your pi ip

fing is also not showing my raspberry pi's ip, tried scanning multiple times.
Also, When I connect my laptop also with ethernet cable, then I am able to ping the raspberry pi.
