Not getting some sun network channels

Sun Network Channels are frozen today @ 8:39AM. Other channels are working. Anyone observed?The SUN Network channels are not yet coming :wall:. Did anyone observe? It is more than 20min now, still in the FROZEN mode. :madness:

ya u r right..i called CC regarding this they told that problem is from the broadcaster end and not from sun direct...

sun dth new STB is having 2 games.. is this true?

No..i dont think so..Since open tv software is not relesed by sun direct till now..It is not possible to have games in sun dth.. R u talking about coship set top box???

@Raja can u pls tell me the name of the games that r present in coship stb? why this injustice to those who booked sun direct before???we r not having any games..our STB restarts automatically...our stb gets over heated..why sun dth officials didnt look into this matter???????? common guys those who r having HOMECAST stb we have to fight for our rights..pls send mail to nodal officer regarding the same..I have already sent one mail to them...

solution to stop stb restarts automatically is that try restore factory default.it will slove ur restart problem.........


we must complain to the nodal officer regarding not having games for having homecast customers......

i contact cc about this issue .they said cosip stb has more updated features than home cast stb.these features will be added soon to homecast stb also..........

Hi i got my connection on 4th april and they have me coship stb. There are 2 games. 1. Tetris 2. Gobang. As you all said the coship stb never restarted for me upto now and it is not getting more heat when it is used for long time. The only big disadvantage is there is no manual scan option. I think home cast stb is having lot of advanced options.

for me,homecast is working gr8 ,no restarts yet. My 2cents,place ur STB above ur TV in ur room.atleast it will get ur fan's air cooling :lol:BTW guys,manual scanning show 3 more test channels,dont remember the ch .no.s though somewhere like 5xx .
