well the problem with adam is that it is being developed by a small company. they have launched this model. they would have to sell enough units to make the entire project profitable. but it's not going to happen. it would sell a lot of units. but nowhere near the models sold by bigger companies. if this model is not profitable, it would become tough for them to launch newer models in the future. i am not sure who is financing their venture... but they cannot survive for long without generating profits. and from what i see, any investments they are getting are probably with the plan that one of the bigger companies would acquire them in the future. if that does not happen, you can be pretty sure that they would not last for another year.
