If you guys have the same ONU/Router, then check by getting it replaced. If the issue persists, then it's likely that the transition from ADSL to FTTH; something in the backend also changed (this is rare, but it's BSNL we are talking about).
Video unable to stream is likely due to TLS Handshake keeps breaking before it has even formed; either due to someone intercepting or a misconfigured firewall.

stranger cam keeps loading and i have tried changing mtu values and bridge mode also cahnged dns it still does not work help me guys.
