One UI 6 and Problems With My S23+

So from the day I installed One UI 6 my Gmail app crashed frequently freezes while changing accounts, this was manageable by reopening the app.
But in the last few days, Apps Such as the KAMONK smart home app, and Wipro smart home have been crashing frequently. a screen opens telling me to clear the cache, but that doesn't help, have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. It will work fine for hours or days and again same shit starts.

I have no apks installed and no apps as such .
Also, the phone's Bluetooth is malfunctioning.
I have dropped my phone several times, but it is protected by a Spigen Case.
Can this be due to dropping the phone?
What Can I do now?
 
Well, Apple support is pretty good in my opinion. Contact the phone support and explain the scenario. They will certainly open a ticket and ask you to visit the service center and intimate the folks over there to offer a satisfactory resolution.

I typed the entire message and realized this is a Samsung thread. 🤦

You would have to convince the service center folks by recreating the issues in front of them and create a ruckus if the former (convincing) doesn’t work. 🤷
 
Submitted my phone today, probably they will change the board.
They have cited 6 days to repair it [ excluding Christmas], its just pathetic.
A service center in a state capital doesn't have spares.
