@imdarkray Why don't you approach the partner bank's nodal officer? You may also approach the RBI ombudsman if your issue is not resolved within 30 days of you raising the first complaint. Attach a copy of every communication when you lodge a complaint with the RBI ombudsman. It's totally online and easy.
I am not sure which bank's card I have. What I know is that they have a tie-up with 2-3 banks. In most places, I see my card recognized as an SBM bank card.
Don't call. Send an email to the nodal officer since he should be the next point of contact. Also, nodal officers are more experienced and will hopefully understand the issue, unlike the support guys.
