@royalroy So after sending the email to SBM bank and raising the concern. I got a callback after 5-6 days from the OneCard escalation team and they offered me reward points of the same value of the transaction but said the same thing that they cannot raise the dispute.
I politely denied that and asked them to give me a proper reason and do a thorough check again why I was being communicated about two different Merchants. Because I need this dispute to happen. She is now investigating or maybe killing time for time being so she can just close the ticket.
Also, Paytm contacted Airtel again and now has come up with a mobile number which was recharged by Airtel. But I really have no F idea whose number is that. I called the number and the guy was genuine. He said that he has not received any such recharge. I don't know what's going on. Where did my money go?
@royalroy
They did what they had to do even after my denial and request to raise the dispute. As I said earlier they just wanted to close the matter.
About the RBI ombudsman, I don't think this will matter as they have somehow adjusted the transaction amount. I am really furious about why the hell Airtel is giving totally different information to me and Paytm. I am thinking to do the edaakhil thing. Does anyone know how to do that? or how can I bring them to consumer court?
