And both have this mentioned in the closure Intimation email:

So basically, I cannot do anything. Also, I have no hope with the Indian banking regulatory system.
I want to hire a lawyer and fight this. But cannot do this because of the time crunch. maybe, in a few more days, I will talk with a lawyer.
 
Update on my transaction.
After being denied help from One card, RBI, and Paytm, I contacted Airtel again with the phone number to which they mistakenly posted the benefit.

Now I am an Airtel Black postpaid customer (I switched from prepaid to postpaid two months back). Hence got a callback from the Airtel team today, and maybe because they cannot see previous prepaid transactions, they assured me 99rs. credit to my monthly bill.
It sure gives me a little peace, but I am still confused and would always be scared around the Airtel payment system.
 
Have been trying to make a purchase on H&M and the card got declined three times. No notifications from the banks whatsoever. The swipe to authenticate purchase hasn’t worked in quite a while now.

Tried with ICICI and it worked in the first attempt.
 
OneCard declined Google ads auto payment and now my Google ads account got suspended.

Even though I got sms about the upcoming debit which had wrong date (month) mentioned. Google ads is active in my subscription section and everything, still transaction was declined.

And as we know google is even more retard. I made the payment manually asap next morning, it's showing in my google account, pending balance is zero. Still those retards want me to show bank account statement with that transaction. I don't know how i am supposed to fix it as I made payment using card not bank transfer. There is no quick contact option.
 
Funny of you to say they suspended your Google ads account, something similar happened with me when I tried to buy Google One Subscription, my whole google account got suspended after the day of failed payment for violating their TOS, I thought it might be my bad luck and must've had some illegal stuff in my account (which I am pretty sure I didn't have, had some copyrighted stuff but that shouldn't affect it should it?) but this might be a strong possibility too. Well half of my virtual life was dead then and there.
 
I am facing a weird issue here with ICICI and OneCard.

Tap to pay doesn't work on ICICI, but works on OneCard and I legit avoid online payments on OneCard as it just fails with no notification from the bank about what went wrong. Experiencing these issues for almost about a month now.
 
That google account is very important that's why I really need it to be unblocked.

I got notification after 11pm for the failed transaction so thought will fix it next day but by 7 am they suspended the account 😑

I would normally make the payment manually before due date but thought to try automatic system this time and got screwed.

Google has 2 teams for this but both are completely dumb. I have already made the payment and it's updated in their system but still they need proof about transaction which doesn't exist.

One Google local team is managed by Accenture and they replied with copy paste template.

Reason of suspension is clear - unpaid dues. I don't know why they won't atleast provide 24 hrs before suspension or reactivate it after payment.

OneCard as usual are busy with weekend and they cannot do anything anyway.
 
One card replied with copy paste - new rbi guidelines.

Didn't care to read it was setup with new subscription method and i even got an upcoming debit sms. Also nothing about wrong date in sms.

Update: google accepted my appeal and reactivated my account. 👏

I am not able to pay on DigitalOcean. Yesterday I made an international txn of about 10k no issue.

Support says some BS merchant is not supported, not sure what that means since I am making the payment manually.
