I think its possible with any ISP, you would need to change DNS servers on your connection config.
open DNS site has a lot of info on this.

I have configured my wireless router to share rel wimax between my pc and laptop. But whenever I try to use opendns, I do not get IP from reliance.

I need opendns because few sites refuse to open sometimes ..... and sometimes they open just fine. Especially two indian torrent sites.

I would appreciate feedback from others if they have been using opendns on reliance wiimax.

When im trying to open few websites, why is getting redirected to OpenDNS

u r using OpenDNS and IP u got/getting must have got registered with someone else's account. hence restriction policy associated with that account gets applicable to ur IP.

When you type an IP address wrongly this happens.

Is it safe to use OpenDNS with MTNL? Will MTNL find out that I'm using another DNS server?
