OTT subscription on BSNL Broadband

I have recently subscribed to a plan with free ott bundle and got a message saying I am eligible for the free subscription. The message instructs me to install the my BSNL app and click a link provided with the message to activate the bundles.But when I click the link it says the no is not eligible for any free ott bundle. I have already signed in within the app. Can anybody help me out?

@Frustrateduser01 Have you linked your Fiber Number with your My BSNL App. account used for Register/Login? If not, Try to link your FTTH/LL/BB and see whether Subscription is showing or not.

@Protector I have already linked my ftth account in the my BSNL app but still keep getting the error saying no eligible OTT's for this no.
