Now with Netflix acquisition of WB. What can be possible future of HBO given with Jio Hotstar ? seems likely they will leave the platform soon

Nothing will change. Netflix has mentioned that HBO Max will remain separate. Can't merge coz that would mean more content at low cost. Lol. Keeping them separate would double the revenue. So yeah in the same vein I don't think HBO's deal with Hotstar will go away if the sale gets finalised.
