And also I would say once again.. tht admin should revoke moderator privileges for MG .. Now since they say tht they have "officially" launched the services.. so this is a clear case of conflict of interest ..So just to be fair... admin should take control of tht forum himself .. Just my thought .. ofcourse admin will do whtever is ok for him ..

well... if you look at mathew's point of view. people here are making absurd statements. like he is a one man operation. he is doing everything by himself. he has done nothing yet. none of us know how many people are actively involved in getting hayai operational. we do not know how much money has been invested. we do not know what kind of people are backing the project. we are just making absurd statements based on a website that is clearly substandard and connections that are still not delivered.
we people can make accusations based on no publicly available data, i guess mathew has the right to state that he is only going to reason with people who have actually 'applied' for a connection. in the end he is answerable to actual customers and not generic web population of india. right?
in any case, i am not defending anyone here. i am just saying that both parties have been given total freedom to express their point of views. no content has been removed. no one has been banned. if people can make absurd accusations or claims, mathew should have the reserve to state that since you have not even applied for a connection yet, i am not answerable to you.
i am just saying. people who have applied for connections and have actually paid REAL Money... are you worried about your money? do you think you have been/are being scammed?

ok. i am taking away the moderation rights of mathew from this forum if that makes you guys any happy. i have already stated that i have not seen him using these 'powers' to his own advantage. the only thing he has done is remove obvious spam.

i am actually surprised that most people here and online (the investigative journalists at TT for example) have pretty much spared me until now. no one has not accused me of involved with the 'hayai scam' until now. i wonder how long it would last.

@chromaniac.. Ofcourse if don't change anything .. and I have no complains regarding MG for his moderation ..he never deleted any thread or post .. No matter how much irritating tht may be .. It has nothing to do with MG .. He sounds like a good person ..Having said tht .. The issue here is now his service is active .. So there shouldn't be any conflict of interest .. You simply can't provide airtel guys moderation for airtel thread, vodafone for vodafone thread and so on .. And secondly he himself is stating tht he is super busy with providing connections .. So I guess he won't be able to provide enough time for moderation activities on the forum ..

IIRC, the original launch was suppose to happen in Jan 1, 2010, but it kept getting delayed again and again. TBF those delays were not serious, since the only damage it did was to crush the hopes of few forum members for a better broadband connection, but this time it seems money has been transferred and thus things have got a lot more serious.IMO, Its good that Sushubh has put in disclaimers about the forum and Hayai. Even if the launch does happen its better for the forum to remain neutral rather than have association with an ISP
@mgur tone of posts now shows real COLORS..u CANNOT say that i cant say anything against Hayai (even if i havent taken service) as long as its not offensive or abusive.YOU ARE VIOLATING MY RIGHT TO SPEECH.You say things change.. exactly.... websites was ready twice already and end result was STILL a mess.. that clearly shows 1st two time also they were either not ready OR in bad state.If u already had better version ready why did u launch a worst one??? but if it was not a better version then it means it was not ready?? got the logic?? You have to admit it was a LIE.And man u have changed ur statements and promises and claims LIKE hundreds time already in past 2yrs. Which clearly indicates you had no idea how to start ISP at first place and yet u gave promises of 1gbps speeds.I will wait and see how u prove me wrong.PS: I can change my tone too.
