I debited $100 to icici bank account and it arrived in just 2 days to my bro's Icici account . Exchange rate was 37.5 on 15 november . Including all the paypal fees and even this exchange rate , this is much better than fees taken by western union money transfer and its exchange rate .

If your debit card supports generating temporary credit cards then use that. That will work.

hi, i wanted to know that what kind of account should one have on paypal? personal or premier? basically, i would have to receive more than 5 credit card payments each year, and today upgraded my account to premier. Are their any charges (annual/monthly) for premier account? also, receiving payments through other paypal account accounts will result in some charges being cut in each transaction? (which is free in personal account!) ???please help! is there any way to revert back to personal account? adding an Indian bank's debit card (Bank of India's debit card) help? (in personal account). will it remove the 5 credit card payment limit?

HI,I have a paypal account set-up which i mainly use for Online shopping in international website. When i linked my Credit card with the paypal account they deducted 80 RS for the verfication of my card. But when i have done the shopping and paid through paypal they have credited the same accouont to the Credit card.This process is to verify our credit card account and to issue a PAYPAL CODE which is required to convert the account into the premium. There is no difference in the transaction you make. Premium users transaction ratio and limt is high than the normal account. If the amount is getting debited for some purpose, it will be re-imbursed on the next transaction.PayPal account is just like having a Paisa Pay account in your ebay.in website. However there would be a nominal charge for using the Paypal account annually.But i am not sure about the recent changes in the paypal account process. You can wite to the customercare of PayPay.
