You can pay with any credit cards.. I think paypal also coming up(came up) with credit cards. once you have their credit card, you should be able to use it i guess as bsnl payment can be done thru various credit cards.. !!

Anyone here who receives payments from abroad through PayPal? PayPal has apparently reverted back three payments stating that they have disallowed personal payments to Indian accounts. This has been giving me major headaches since yesterday...
