PayPal files copyright infringement against Paytm, says similar colour scheme used in logo

Personally, I have never confused PayPal and Paytm logos.

Even I have never confused, but one cant deny there is some attempt to copy or a atleast seems an "inspiration"

Same is the case for PayUBiz...Atleast one of their older logos

PayU looks like Paytm to me.

When I saw PayU logo the first time, I thought its Paytm subsidiary company. Logos are indeed very similar.

But Paypal - I didnt even know what their logo looked like! (now I know)

lawsuits have been filed for phones being rectangular in shape.

paypal is not that popular in india but for people who knew paypal before do agree the likeness to Paytm logo. remains to see if courts also find it
