anyway no amish this does not pave way to additional fraud because you can only withdraw to your bank account.. cant fund your paypal account from money in bank account. so no probs.

A silly doubt-- Why can't they permit to transfer money from Bank to Paypal if the reverse is possible? This would be useful for those who don't have credit cards. isin't ?

I guess they will do it later working one step at a time . In last 1 month paypal has already added 2 features , Withdraw to Visa card and second is this indian bank acc .

Its all a matter of security and the arrangement with the banks.. I think they might bring additional features slowly.. like first they enabled creditcard withdrawal and now bank accounts... in future they might also enable verification and funding through the bank account

I guess this is happening because Ebay took over Baazee.........And Paypal is owned by Ebay so they have started exploring Indian markets more hence catering to India with more features now.
