Phone under 15k for ladies

Gifting a phone to my sister. Budget is 15k. I assume it's mainly used for calls, fb and pictures. Need suggestions. Doesn't need to an an android. Windows also okay.

Camera is decent I guess. Nokia Lumia 625 if you're looking for WP, only downer is it has only 512mb RAM.

Xperia M2 Or L are much better looking phones than G. SP is too boxy for women.
