Plan change(h 500 C) help

My broadband plan was home 250.....on 31st aug, 2008 i gave a application regarding my plan change from home 250 to home 500....dey told me tht new plan of home 500 will b active from 1st oct, 2008....now when iam logging into d usage site http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp ......in d service order records its showing ----- Service Name - HOME 500 downloadspeed -Upto 2 Mbps, Order Time - 2008/09/03 10:17:36, Status - Normal.....well what it means????.....is my home 500 plan is been activated from 3rd sep?? or d order is passed but i can access dis plan from 1st oct only???.....I hv also seen that when i surf the net during Happy Hours, in the portal, data usage is not being counted...so dat means my plan change has been done.....
Can I use Happy Hours surfing safely now?

hehe.. i read this somewhere else and been replied by few ?as someone said, download a small file during 2am-8am and see whether it is counted... or calling 1500 (telephone CC ) and asking them would help too !! Normally, status should be provisioned.. Since they said, october 2008, it is still september, you may have to wait another 1 monthor what was the status before ? Normal ??

Since u had given the application for plan change on 31st august, it will be implemented on the first week of september (not on october, like they mentioned). And i guess, they have already migrated u to the H500 plan.

Its better confirm with BSNL office. Order Status should be Provisioned.

2day I downloaded a small file during happy hours n its showing that I hv downloaded 0 KB (excluding Nite UL)....My status is Normal. Earlier also it was Normal. I guess, Status = provisioned is displayed 4 new customer only in the new portal. I m using the old portal.

/member/soumya4u/Cross check with DQUF and tariff plan "Auto"If you use FireFox Browser Add on Datafox will show your usage etc in status bar.

U are indeed correct, the provisioned status is displayed for the newer subscribers, who are in the NIB2 network. For the rest of us, it will be displayed as Normal only.

he he ..ditto same as of mine...copy paste ha....gd...but how come each nd every detail of service order record is same as of mine..even time...i doubt....ok i called 1500 nd cleared d issue..u also do d same....u r in new plan..but still confirm from dem...
