Plan Change or Not

Guys....
i gave a app for plan change frm H500 to UL 1350.. on aug 14

NOW I CANT EVEN FIGURE OUT IF IM ON 1350 OR 500

COS I CANT OPEN MY ORDERS PAGE ON THIS SITE

generally plan get applied from first day of month so definately it get applied with new plan ... ut better check portal page for details of plan ...

Status Open ? Not provisioned ? Then , it is not....Why dont u ask the telephone dept? 1500 & billing section .. They know better than the bb customer care...IF they say that the plan is changed, it might have been changed. They know the work order status. Ask the persons name for reference in future (if you get some dispute in the next month bill)....All the best you can check the data.bsnl.in aswell. You will see Service Effective Date & Order Creation Date

hey guy all plans will change at 1 st of every month but these severs over loaded at the starting of the month because they have to give the data to the regional offices........ nothing to worry ........

Future dated means, it will be provisioned on coming days/month?

Order is processed i guess..

What information you got when u called 1500 ? Or didnt u call?
I doubt, whether they change the plan in middle. Someone said it happens on 6th of everymonth. But, for me, it changed to 29th of lastmonth....

If you have NU, use that time to download the stuffs (to be on safer side).. dont download @ regular time unless an official person say 'Its changed'

good.. now u go unlimited i was getting this speed on my 750UL ! But greedy me.. changed to NU ! Feeling very bad after doing that.. Now, worried about by day time usage !! only 1.5gb right !!!
