I want to subscribe to the new FIBER TB plan which is shown as available for my state but when I tried to change my plan through BSNL selcare website it is not available . Anyone facing this issue ?

Try talking to your bsnl exchange/office JTO or anyone from office. They can change plans from their end and will need OTP from your registered number to change it.
